How Do Central Heating Systems Work?
Different central heating systems work in slightly different ways but typically uses a heating unit that warms the air up and then the air is carried to different parts of the property.
There are several forms of fuel which can be used effectively to run these systems, including electricity, gas or coal etc. Once the system has heated the air to the required temperature, the air then travels through a network of pipes and air ducts into the required areas to warm up the room.
If you are searching a huge building for the heater, you may find it in a heater or boiler room and on the other hand, you can easily locate a heater in a house in its basement or garage.
Easily Controlled
Central heating systems utilise an extensive network of pipework which runs through all of the rooms. The amount of hot air that can flow in a room can be easily controlled by special meters installed in each room. You can lower the speed if you are feeling too warm and then perk it up a bit if you start feeling cold.
